Message He charged him for the amount. If there are any miscommunications and questions, you get them clarified before telling someone to charge you. He assumed the price was wrong and told Coz to charge him for the part. Technically, the $100 doesn't amount to anything. If I were selling something and somebody replied to me telling me to charge him for it but then gave a lower number, I'd ignore it and charge the proper amount. I'd say good customer service would offer a refund, not a discount. Customer said charge and the vendor charged.
